⭐ Strategic Impact

One of the most memorable accounts I worked on was a vibrant e-commerce brand that sold funky, colorful bags, belts, and women’s accessories. They had great products and a strong personality, but their mobile performance didn’t reflect it. Their ads were static and product-heavy, their storytelling felt flat, and their event setup wasn’t capturing the right signals—so although traffic was high, conversions stayed stubbornly low.

When I dug into their data, the issue became clear: nothing about their creative or funnel reflected the lifestyle energy of the brand. People were clicking, but they weren’t connecting.

I rebuilt their mobile strategy from the ground up.
We shifted to lifestyle-focused storytelling—showing the accessories in real outfits, real scenarios, and vibrant moments that matched the brand’s personality. To strengthen their execution, I arranged a session for them with Meta’s Creative Team, where they learned how to create mobile-first assets that were bold, dynamic, and native to Reels and Stories.

On the technical side, I refined their placement strategy for mobile feeds, fixed pixel and CAPI misconfigurations, and reorganized event prioritization so Meta could better understand who was actually converting. Their landing flow was improved to match mobile intent and reduce friction.

The transformation was immediate.
Their ads finally “felt” like the brand—fun, expressive, alive—and their system was properly capturing the right signals. As a result, mobile ROI increased by 25%, engagement on lifestyle creatives surged, and they began attracting higher-intent audiences who matched the identity of the brand.
