Built a structured CRM engine to clean, segment, and activate customer data using Prophet CRM. The project began with a full database overhaul—separating distributors from end users, archiving inactive customers, and correcting duplications to create a reliable foundation for lifecycle programs.

I then segmented customers based on purchase categories (extinguishers, suppression system parts, accessories, etc.) and by ticket size bands, enabling more accurate targeting and value-based communication. Using these segments, I created automated follow-up sequences aligned to purchase behaviour—reminders, replenishment cycles, cross-sell prompts, and accessory pairing recommendations.

This improved clarity, personalization, and timing of outreach, resulting in a 30% uplift in repeat sales and a more predictable recurring revenue cycle for the business.
