Every year, specific fire-safety products—like dated seals and extinguishers—must be refreshed due to compliance requirements. I built a targeted GTM engine to turn this constraint into a revenue opportunity.

Through segmented email campaigns for dated seals, we increased sales by 15%, contributing to ~$300K in annual revenue. New customers were incentivized with limited-time discounts on die charges, improving first-time conversion.

For extinguishers approaching year-end, I launched a clearance initiative offering strategic discounts on older manufacture dates, enabling 100% liquidation of aging stock. Campaigns combined retargeting of past buyers with new customer acquisition.

To further accelerate movement, I introduced bundle discounts—pairing high-demand items with slow-moving SKUs—reducing warehouse holding time and improving B2B order value.

This multi-layered GTM program successfully transformed aging inventory into predictable, high-velocity sales cycles.
