Led end-to-end sales and marketing execution across South India for a diversified portfolio of 25+ APIs and intermediates. While Hyderabad contributed the largest share of business, successfully expanded operations into Karnataka, Goa, and surrounding regions—adding new customers, new sectors, and new product opportunities.

Introduced additional SKUs to deepen regional penetration and conducted targeted seminars, technical sessions, and on-ground marketing programs to strengthen client relationships. Beyond core pharma markets, identified and developed new high-potential sectors such as tanneries and specialty chemical units.

Drove a major growth initiative around cyanide and cyanide-based intermediates after the company's production capability scaled—establishing new customers and expanding share in this niche segment.

Achieved 95% target attainment with 22% margins, while new region development contributed 11% of the total business, significantly strengthening the unit’s revenue mix.
