🔥 About Flame-Tamer

Flame-Tamer is a 50-year-old, family-owned fire-safety company and a one-stop hub for equipment, compliance, training, and services. They supply extinguishers, suppression-system components, consumables, and B2B safety products, while also offering installation, refilling, inspections, and safety audits. The company owns Champion Pro and provides Protex-certified training (Protex is a fire-suppression system used in commercial and industrial safety) to industry professionals.

🔥 My Role at Flame-Tamer

At Flame-Tamer, I built the marketing function from the ground up—leading GTM strategy, CRM programs, lifecycle campaigns, SEO improvements, margin analysis, and targeted campaigns for high-margin products and services. I partnered closely with operations and leadership to align campaigns with compliance cycles, inventory patterns, and customer behaviour.

I also became Protex Certified, deepening my understanding of safety standards and improving the accuracy of customer education. My work helped increase repeat purchases, improve margins, and strengthen B2B relationships across the business.
