Kaya is one of India’s most trusted dermatology and skincare clinic chains, known for its medically backed treatments, advanced aesthetic services, and personalized skincare programs. With a strong footprint across major cities, Kaya blends dermatological expertise with premium customer experience—offering services like laser treatments, facials, peels, hair solutions, and targeted skin therapies curated by certified experts.
Kaya’s clinics operate as full-service beauty and dermatology centers, integrating technology, retail products, and wellness-driven care to create long-term transformation for clients.
🔥 My Role at Kaya
At Kaya, I managed end-to-end clinic operations, customer experience, and marketing initiatives for one of the brand’s highest-performing clinics. Leading a 14-member team, I helped the Prime Clinic achieve #1 national ranking, consistently exceeding $75,000 monthly revenue for 10 consecutive months through strong relationship-building, cross-selling, and service excellence.
On the marketing side, I orchestrated high-impact initiatives including Dermathon events, in-clinic promotions, merchandising programs, and partnerships with 10+ creative, influencer, PR, and digital marketing agencies—boosting brand visibility and lead flow. I implemented loyalty programs, coordinated multi-channel marketing activities, and ensured cohesive campaign execution.
I also oversaw CRM and ERP workflows, improved customer journey touchpoints, managed inventory, optimized retail product placements, and led operational process improvements. My work strengthened customer retention, improved operational efficiency, and elevated the clinic’s brand presence in a highly competitive beauty and wellness market.
